Income-Based rentals will be available to households earning 60% Median Family Income or less. Applicant’s gross annual income may not exceed the following limits:
Median Family Income 60%:
- 1-person home may earn no more than $56,460 annually
- 2-person home may earn no more than $64,560 annually
- 3-person home may earn no more than $72,600 annually
- 4-person home may earn no more than $80,640 annually
- 5-person home may earn no more than $87,120 annually
- 6-person home may earn no more than $93,600 annually
- 7-person home may earn no more than $100,020 annually

To begin the application for Rivette Tower, we may ask for the following documents:
- Paystubs for the most recent four-week period
- Bank Statement for most recent month
- Tax returns for the most two recent two tax years
- Other potential income – SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
